For New User Registration, watch the video “add user” under section “Train Yourself.”
Once your registration is approved, you will receive a welcome email, with instructions on how to activate your user ID and configure your account.
If you have not received it, check your spam/junk email folder before contacting our support team.
Mapping approval usually takes 72 business hours, though it may vary from carrier to carrier. In case of questions, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once your account is approved by the carrier(s), INTTRA will send you an email notification. You can then start sending bookings (or Shipping Orders for North China), and Shipping Instructions via INTTRA.
