INTTRA Onboarding Portal


  • Go to and select Register a new Company Account if your company is new to INTTRA. Click here for guidance on how to register.
  • If you unsure that your office is new to INTTRA, reach out to our support team via chat or email.
  • For New User Registration,  watch  the video “add user” under section “Train Yourself.”

Get Approved

  • Once your registration is approved, you will receive a welcome email, with instructions on how to activate your user ID and configure your account.
  • If you have not received it,  check your spam/junk email folder before contacting our support team.

Carrier Approved

  • Mapping approval usually takes 72 business hours, though it may vary from carrier to carrier. In case of questions, send an email to
  • Once your account is approved by the carrier(s), INTTRA will send you an email notification.  You can then start sending bookings (or Shipping Orders for North China), and Shipping Instructions via INTTRA.

Start Transacting

  • For training on how to send transactions via INTTRA’s web site, review the “Train Yourself” section in this page. Remember that we have webinars available in multiple languages for each of our products and functionalities.

Add User

  • Your company can have as many users registered in INTTRA as you need to.
  • For New User Registration, watch the video “add user” under section “Train Yourself.”
  • In order to add users to the account, you MUST have an Admin role.
  • If you need Admin Role,  reach out to our support team.

Add Carrier

  • Send carrier request connections to all INTTRA network carriers with whom you already have a commercial relationship.
  • Provide all the relevant information required by the carriers. This will help expedite the approval process.
